You’re probably wondering why you’re seeing such a monumental growth in the bee population. During the Spring you see bees here and there but in the summer, you’ll run into swarms. Queens are born in honeycombs and are in search of new places to form their honeycombs.
Did you know that in order for us to have our delicious fruits and veggies, we need honeycomb bees to fertilize the flowers that produce our food?
If you do come across a swarm of bees, don’t panic but also, don’t interact with them! You can be putting yourself and your family at risk when trying to interact with honeycomb bees.
You will need to get in touch with a professional beekeeper to make sure the swarm is fully removed from your property.
